How we pace the two hours

Coordinators stagger who meets which species first so siblings are not elbowing each other along the fencing. Halfway through we pause for pizza, juice refills for kids, and coffee pours for caregivers while the studio stays supervised.

The art table opens while animals rest between rotations, then music games pick up energy again before a calm goodbye circle and photo line at the door. If any child needs a sensory break, staff keep a quiet corner with books until they are ready to rejoin. Ending with favors and balloons keeps pickup orderly even when excitement is still high.

Add ons worth scheduling early

Barnyard Buddies visits, roaming entertainers, and photographers need loading zones and quiet reset windows that must fit around the animal rotation. Share your wish list when you pay the deposit so we can route trucks, costumes, and instruments without overlapping the pizza block. Weather sensitive animals may shift between indoor pens and hallway displays, which the coordinator explains during your thirty minute planning meeting.

Printed invitations with custom photos may need a week for proofs. Digital galleries usually go live one business day after the party if you choose that route. Last minute adds can work when calendars align, but weekend slots during school breaks fill quickly.

You may bring food and beverages for adults or ask us to order from neighborhood delis and restaurants. Many vendors need at least 48 hours lead time.

A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the time and date you select. After it clears we schedule your 30 minute appointment with a party coordinator to finalize timing, allergy notes, and layout.

A $50.00 fee applies to any date or time changes made within 30 days of your party. Changes made outside 30 days incur a $25.00 fee.

Parking and pickup

A parking garage sits directly across the street. Give caregivers that detail in your invitation so strollers and cake boxes can route there before the rush at the lobby.
